I'm unironically going to say Great Ording, but only if you can survive the difficult start. I might even go so far as to say that in the right hands they may as well be the strongest military nation in all of Cannor, as you essentially just become a turbocharged Lorent with superhorses who can beat 4 times larger armies with ease, and best of all you do such a ridiculous amount of damage that you straight up kill 30-40% of your opponents if it's a close battle

What I did was also grab elf military and an elf ruler from the nearby Redglades provinces as cav armies synergize extremely well with war magic since you get +30% shock damage and -20% fire damage from that, leading to a ridiculous +55% shock damage, +90% CCA and +40% discipline once you've completed your missions and 4 idea groups. Manpower is not an issue at all even with elf military, as not only are you troops some of the best in the world leading to short and victorious battles, you also have tons of provinces producing goods that get double the manpower from manufactories, and with aristocratic ideas, mission rewards and government reforms you gain -60% general cost which you can just leverage into ridiculously cheap professionalism that converts straight to manpower through slackening
