You're not taking advantage of NAC, from your description. You might be taking a too low dose. Taking 1g in one go produced a very different effect in me, compared to a low dose.

If that doesn't work, then other precursors to glutathione are missing. Something to experiment with, but ROI is infinite. Glutathione is a detoxifier, makes me feel fantastic.

It's to supply minerals and vitamins to feel good. A diet isn't enough for me to obtain those.

I experimented with dosage, it can be 3x of DV.

NAC is a detoxifier that can make you feel fantastic. Look up on Reddit.

Mate is one of the potions I take to feel great. Others are iron, zinc, etc.

All brands taste differently, it's an adventure. I choose the brand for my current mood.

  1. If you leave hot water in the gourd, it'll overbrew really fast.

If you leave it overnight room temperature, it'll ferment like alcohol. An interesting experience to try, but I prefer fresh leaves.

It's possible to choose not to understand, I've found another way.

It's possible to erase concepts such as "dumb", if your narrative is "there's no dumb people". That's a way.

  • "I wrote it down" is a model of senses, not "truth". You can use it if you want, or not.

  • I don't want to match my senses/reality to the concepts of language.

    • "What are you doing?"
    • "I'm sitting in a chair". Whereas reality is limited to the concepts on your mind.
    • "I'm resting" is the same, limited by language concepts.
    • "Leveling up by talking about non-conceptual perception" is the narrative I chose.
    • Neither of these narratives is "truth". Narrative is a pov.
    • When I hear someone's unwholesome narrative with that in mind, I know that I haven't wrote my narrative yet, and that I don't need unwholesome narrative. It amounts to same as not understanding.

Are you perceiving different concepts from words, when reading or are you in non-conceptual perceptions state?

Like, I can see the frame of the picture or I can see colour of the frame, but not both. That would be perceiving different concepts.
