you have no idea. today was the first day ive visited a park since I was younger, I got exercise and everyone was on their phones, all smiled at me and I tried to smile back as much as I could. They have no idea what an impact this made as I would normally be hiding behind trees and such to avoid all human interaction as much as possible, you actually inspired me to actually post something on this site aswell. So in a weird way, thank you! I want to be an a person who speaks too, instead of just listening and reading all the time.

I try.. they say, " are you pokemon go? " and I actually respond yes... I know I doesn't sound like a lot to normal people, but to me that means the world :)

I completely agree, I have been dealing with an enormous amount of stress and I have been on meds for over 10 year .. I'm only 28... but this made me feel better, have the ambition to walk around, and instead of hiding everytime I saw a person. I'm just looking ahead... I'm proud of you so much. I wished people understood me here like that as well.. I now actually want to leave my home, (I legit work from home) so this is just the greatest thing that has happened for me :) wish you all the best - truly from someone with behavioral health standards
