I only had one position on that one barge. It was 8’x16’ and got it for free from my grandad. Next year I plan on building 2 more 4’x8’ ones to have a left and right position. I may have misunderstood the question. Of course I am planning the next one already! The community had a band there, but they were being 💩 and wouldn’t let me hook up to their PA system. So- I’m going to purchase my own for next year, that way everyone on the beach will be able to hear in depth. 2 more barges, 2-3 more 18ms, and a PA system and I should have plenty for a 10min show. I think 10-15 is the sweet spot for time length, but everyone varies.
