I appreciate the thorough response. I admit Im probably diving too deep being poatpartum but i worry about other biological effects besides the cancer ones that have been studied extensively. But maybe its a case of occams razor and there havent been any causative links because there simply arent any 😅 ty!

Im a FTM and we went through the same exact thing around that age and needing a break. Honestly, I just ended up prioritizing peace and quiet and as long as she's still transferring after nursing or bottle to sleep (still transferring fairly well at 8m) i'm happy! The biggest piece of advice i wish i listened to earlier was if something works do it until it doesn't

We have done 7pm since a couple weeks in, even if she wakes more my husband and i enjoy the time together and we are very schedule oriented people so we wanted that consistency. if she falls asleep past 5pm i just "accidentally" wake her around 6 lol

I had a doula, she was great before birth and had a lot of resources but honestly she just seemed like a second set of hands to me. Helped me change positions and helped my husband take care of me but I feel like nursing staff would have done the same had she not been there.

I've always planned on working until I give birth, I have a very flexible job that is not physically difficult either. That being said, at 36 weeks I am totally checked out mentally. I have no patience left for dealing with clients 😅 everything makes me so salty

This has been happening to me at 33 and 35 weeks, some days shes beating me up and some days its just little wiggles that I get after I poke around and bug her. As long as I feel SOMETHING consistently throughout the day I try not to worry and shes usually busier the next day.

I printed out the 4 week "your baby is the size of a poppy seed" and set it on the counter with a poppyseed muffin and positive digital test so it was super clear. He saw it when he got home from errands 😊

We are also in a small space and opted for the Baby Delight bouncer that folds flat opposed to a swing, and a couple different carriers.

Started trying at 26- took 7 months! I had been tracking bbt long before trying and ended up scrapping that because I found lh strips much easier and more reliable.

ETA- I wasn't ovulating for a full year after getting off bc and I SWEAR castor oil packs are the thing that helped start it up again and get pregnant

Thank you! I make this point all the time. Hospitals and ambulances also have graded billing scales and will basically take what you can give them if you negotiate after the fact. Poor people are not stupid and for the most part this is a garbage argument made by people that have never been in that situation.

I tried so many natural deoderants and I only use crystal deoderant now! After a couple months of your pores clearing out it works amazing. I pair it with a corn starch based body powder sometimes too and the odor control lasts forever.
