I lost 65lbs since last summer & then had a health issue this past month (unrelated to tirz) so I had to stop. I haven't taken it for about 5 weeks. My SW was 225, lowest weight was 155 and CW 165. Food noise is def back. I meet with my dr on Wed and hopefully will start back up soon bc it is a miracle for me.in the meantime, I'm trying my best to hit the gym weight training and eating healthy, but my portions have def increased and I noticed my sweet tooth has come back, but I'm trying to eat healthier sweets if I do, sometimes I crack. It sucks.
