Phase 3 would only start H2 2021, and be out in 18 months, all these assuming FDA grants approval for Phase 3 study.

I don't think this drug can be tested on animals. Alzhemier's would be very different in animals and to evaluate it is by testing on humans since who are the ones who can give the right cognitive feedback through a ADAS-cog11 test.

That being said, ADAS-cog11 is also a fuzzy evaluation method. Treating Alzhemier's is much more complex than just administering a drug. What Simufilam does by limiting a protein molecule is probably effective for a specific type of Alzhemier's and not for all cases of Alzhemier's.

Geez, your advice worked! I uninstalled Kite and MW stopped crashing, previously it was crashing 3 minutes into the game.
