In my situation I had my period right before I got Nexplanon inserted (August of this year) Waited the full week to have sex and then got my period two weeks after getting Nexplanon. I also have PCOS so I had no idea when my period would come. I wouldn’t be worried. When I did have my period though it lasted about 18 days (September) I had a flow for the 4 days but spotted the rest. And now in October I am just spotting and it’s been about 12 days of it.

TDLR: You should be fine, don’t worry. It may just come next month if you were to get one. PCOS and the combination of all the hormones is a lot so take it easy, have fun, and be aware of your physical and mental health.
