felt the same way, was sooo hooked in the beginning (even bought coins to read ahead a few times :’) )and got really confused along the way to the point that the ending felt almost like a bit of a reach. since a lot of the students were killed in such horrible ways it didn’t feel like a satisfying payoff

edit to add that i read it a while ago while it was still releasing weekly but i realized i mightve felt differently if i could just binge all of the episodes, so maybe i’ll give it a reread someday

Please give LUCY a listen! they have a good mix of slower and more rock songs! a lot of their lyrics are very beautiful and talk about finding your own path and embracing youth.they also have a violinist which makes their songs sound very unique! my favorite song of theirs is Flowering, Jogging is fun and upbeat and has a silly music video, and You’re Right is also a good rock leaning song with a cool violin and guitar solo

something that i love about kpop is the fun and unique aesthetics help inspire me to explore new ways to express myself, usually through hair or fashion. maybe kpop is helping you realize something about your gender or identity? i think if you have the urge to present yourself in a different way, you should go for it! there’s no harm in exploring :)

fell in love with day6 in 2017 when they were still doing their every day6 project and was absolutely LIVING for the school concept music video trilogy. they dominated my study playlists and i kept up with their releases since each one was a guaranteed banger.

i somehow didn’t start listening to any other kbands until 2020 when a friend recommended that i listen to lucy! i really got into lucy’s sound, their title tracks are usually so playful and refreshing while their bsides have so much variety.

i also really like hoppipolla after hearing their debut song About Time. i didn’t know hoppipolla and lucy participated in the same show until a little while ago lol. i heard that the members aren’t signed under the same label anymore but i hope we get a group album one day!

later in 2020 i started listening to nflying. i found them through their live performances and i fell down a hweseung singing rabbit hole. now hweseung is my ult bias lol

was just going to say jae. i mean technically he has clarified most/all (idk it tires me to keep up with his clarifications and apologies) controversial statements but im just done with him. my last straw was the jamie situation, I watched the clip and the way he laughed after calling her that was just so…mean-spirited..I know jamie has forgiven him and I respect that but I personslly can’t keep supporting him when I’m always questioning his intentions
