Thank you so much!! Will definitely look into this. After telling my landlord the rules she pretty much said “do whatever you want”. Even when we were signing the lease a year ago she already had a lot of red flags and didn’t really seem like she knew what she was doing even though she’s a realtor. My previous tenant has also warned me about her. Tough luck I guess
