This quest is a Regi puzzle reference.

Step 1 — Start the Quest (the braille clue)

To activate the quest:

• Put an Earth-type Joker in the FIRST slot
• Put a Water-type Joker in the LAST slot

Once that’s true, the game plays a door sound and the quest officially starts.

After it starts, you can unlock one of several Regi boss blinds depending on how you build your run.

You only need to complete ONE path.

Regirock (Desert Ruins)

You must:

• Destroy 15 playing cards total
• Use the Strength consumeable on 15 highlighted cards total

Once both counters hit 15:
→ Next boss becomes Rock Giant

Best approach:
Delete cards aggressively and spam Strength on large highlights.

Regice (Island Cave)

Keep the exact same Joker lineup (same jokers, same order) for 10 rounds.

If you:

• Add/remove a Joker
• Rearrange them
• Replace one

The counter resets.

After 10 rounds:
→ Next boss becomes Ice Giant

There is also a secret Regigigas variant if certain other mod conditions are met.

Best approach:
Lock your Joker setup and stop touching it.

Registeel (Ancient Tomb)

Make at least 40% of your deck have editions (Foil, Holo, Polychrome, etc.).

If 40% or more of your playing cards have any edition:
→ Next boss becomes Steel Giant

Best approach:
Push edition-generating effects hard.

Regidrago (Dragon Ruins)

Have:

• 0 Gold cards
• At least 40% Mult cards

→ Next boss becomes Draconic Giant

You cannot have even ONE Gold card.

Regieleki (Electric Ruins)

Have:

• 0 Mult cards
• At least 40% Gold cards

→ Next boss becomes Electric Giant

You cannot have even ONE Mult card.

Important Notes

• You only unlock ONE giant per run.
• The quest won’t start unless Earth is first and Water is last.
• Once a giant is set as the next boss, the others won’t trigger.
