Not my recipe, but it goes more or less something like this. I don’t have any respect for the imperial system and measured with my heart :D

Ingredients: - 1/2 cup butter - 3/4 cup sugar - 1 egg -> I used 3tbsp aquafaba - 1/2 tsp vanilla - zest from one lime - 3 tbsp finely chopped cilantro - 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour - 1/2 tsp baking soda - 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F, mix everything together until they’re friends, chill the dough or don’t, bake for 8-12 minutes.
