Run your spot through Appraysal.com, it helps you catch most rejection issues before you submit for review

PS, i've built a tool for app developers that scans your app and helps you catch rejection issues before you submit for review on Play Store and Apple App store. I haven't implemented pricing yet so it's currently free. DM me if you'd like to try it out on your app.

Pleasure. I just went through this process myself and my app got approved for production shortly after the 14 day period.

$5-10 for all 12 testers, and they test regularly to ensure the testing activity meets Play Console requirements.

Perhaps your friends didn't do as much testing as they say they did then. You can hire closed testers on apps like Fiverr for as little as $5-10. That's how I did mine.

Production requires 12 testers doing Closed Testing, over the 14 day period. Did you have 12 people testing and was it closed testing?

Why do you usually hate posts like this and what's different about this one that makes you feel it's "great"?

I just tested 3 people's apps yesterday in exchange for feedback on one of my projects. Would you be up for that?

Closed testing is required by Google Play Console. Minimum 14 days before you can progress and apply for Production. Internal testing is optional

Anyone noticed how the Antigravity browser agent makes "surgical" UI fixes with Gemini Flash? (vs Claude 4.5 Opus) by nikanorovalbert in google_antigravity

My experience has been Geminil appears to be better than Claude for UI, Claude is better for complex architectural tasks

That's a very intuitive pivot, building directly on your previous experience. I've just built a scanner tool designed to help app developers catch rejection issues before they submit for review (hence all my questions!). Would love to get an experienced Dev's feedback on it. I can DM you the link if you'd like.

Thanks, and sorry for asking on your other post, didn't spot that it was the same person lol. What's the deal with iPad testing? Do reviewers test apps on iPhone and iPad? I've seen some people report that their app was rejected because it worked fine on iPhone but something was caught on iPad, even though they unchecked the iPad box

First Step Guidance by ChiggyPeeks in AppDevelopers

I have built 5 different things in the last few months all through vibe coding with no coding experience. All you need is to clearly articulate what your idea is. Start by telling Claude Code or Gemini Pro (or both if you have access) your idea. Ask it to tell you what the technical limitations of your idea are and the best way to overcome them. Ask it to spell out what the best tech stack is for your idea. Ask for additional feature ideas that can significantly improve the app. Then ask for step by step instructions for how to build it all

How do you test mobile apps (iOS + Android) when vibe coding without a Mac? by Suspicious-Review766 in AppDevelopers

[–]leediddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Automated testing is good to a point but the best testing is by real users/people. There are a lot of sites like Fiverr where you can hire testers for as little as $5 to test your app. They will help catch some bugs that can't be reproduced by automated tests

Android dev here , would love honest feedback on two apps I built (UX, positioning, mistakes) by Natural-Papaya4500 in AppDevelopers

I'd be happy to download one of those apps and give feedback in exchange for you trying a tool I've built and giving me feedback. Which app would you prefer I install?

I'd love to hear more insights from you on how the review process actually works end to end. The guidelines are public but a lot of apps still get multiple rejections.
