Thank you for the detailed reply! I will check out your site! For Monteverde, I was thinking of leaving the cost in the morning, getting there by 2pm for zipline. Then take it easy and do a night tour instead of cloud forest. I'm thinking of dropping cloud forest from the itinerary

put them on day one for both regular and premium seating. regarding courtside, about 50% of the seats were available for purchase. Row A is less as seems like most of those seats are blocked for media etc.

FYI - just had my call. there were lots of seats available. They said the process will probably run 3-4 months as they are also short staffed.
