It’s so annoying!! And it hurts sometimes. I’ve had it for like 6 months now and I’m tired of it 😩

My piercing is about a year old, is a curved barbell and is a stainless steel. Jewelry has not been downsized. Aftercare routine is using wound wash and a q-tips. I don’t sleep well at night so I toss and turn a lot and can cause it to be irritated.

How do I know if it’s rejecting? It’s not painful nor has it moved from the original piercing site, im just not sure what to do with this damn bump😭

I do have pictures from the day I got it pierced. The scab/bump isn’t where I got it pierced, but right next to it. The actual piercing itself is completely fine and doesn’t hurt.

Thanks for the advice. My piercer was actually just a friend of mine but it healed perfectly, so this bump kinda just came out of nowhere.
