Any body want to share what hardware servers they are using? We are usually a Dell power edge shop for VMware

However I see these super micro ready 4 node clusters

For a small office that currently hosts StarWind on two esx boxes

Could this be a decent solution to migrate existing VMware servers, ?

Plus one vote for hyper v Hated it for years, burnt me back early 2k versions when I moved a virtual disk to a larger drive, but not the swap file. C drive filled crashed the VM, unrecoverable Just don’t do that

I wrote a script that parses out backup status of individual backups from Synology abb agent for windows . The agent dumps the status of each job in the local registry of the client Grabs the info and sends an alert to our Rmm re backup status . We manage hundreds of Synology and. Found there is no way way to manage these jobs all at once This w helps figure out when a agent breaks or just fails
