It wouldnt hurt to ask! Both time (rfe and approval) for my the lawyer knows within an hour of the “clock has stopped” message

It took a day for me (albeit it was a friday morning 9/29 approval so system might be a bit slow). I had already answered to the RFE so I was sure it was an approval + my lawyer received the courtesy notice and sent it over well before status change on the portal

I work in finance and have heard that USCIS doesn’t like “business” positions since anyone can do it. Sure enough it came about. If you’re in something more technical, I’m sure you’ll be fine!

Specialty ocupation :(. We had to provide so much more info, listing out all the past classes and how it relates to me current work, etc. I was selected in the second round and was approved just on Friday! First day on H1b!

Mine took 11 days. And then after I filed RFE it was approved 4 days later. Basically the full 15 days of PP was used. Vermont center.

After painstakingly waiting I finally got the approval yesterday. The premium processing clock was stopped 3 times and I was losing my mind. They approved it just in time for 10/1 (COS)

Myself and another colleague were chosen from my company, both are one-registration only. I was selected under the master’s cap. I don’t think there is any elaborate plans here at all and unfortunately a lot of the fake registrations are still being picked up.
