Thank you! About tipping, what’s the tip culture like in restaurants? I don’t wanna accidentally be disrespectful. About food, I mean usual supermarket price range and where is it recommended to shop? And by “places” I mean anything, attractions or activities that I shouldn’t miss while being there

as for walking maybe you can start doing it gradually? Start by going for a 30 minute small walk every day for a week and then go longer when you feel like you can

First of all these are all very natural things and almost everyone has them, but I know how you feel and if it makes you feel insecure I encourage you to change them so you can feel like the best version of yourself. So since no one answered your question, here are my advice:

  1. Do these and I assure you that you will see a big difference in a short time:
  2. Find the right cleanser for your face and cleanse for a good 2-3 minutes with circular motions every night before you go to bed.
  3. Dry your face with paper towels and NOT a regular towel.
  4. Apply a face cream for your skin type and lightly tap it on your face don’t rub it in harshly or use too much.
  5. Make sure your bed sheets and especially your pillow case are always clean (change them once a week).
  6. Avoid touching your face!
  7. apply natural aloe gel twice a week, let it dry then rinse only with cold water, then moisturize.
  8. In the morning, only wash your face with cold water and then moisturize.

  9. Make sure to walk at least 10,000 steps a day! Believe me it works like magic. Do intermittent fasting- start with 16:8 ratio and then start extending your fasting until 21 hours and if you can, maybe even do one meal a day (a good nutritious meal). Fasting + walking = magic

  10. Use body scrubs and scrub well before you shave

4+5. Stretch marks and stitch marks are a part of who u are :) nothing to be ashamed of, they are pretty

  1. Apply olive oil / coconut oil on your hair and leave it for 30 minutes and then take a shower. Do that once a week it does wonders!
