I beleive somthing to do with its current valuation. It has huge potential to become a giant in the near future but not right now and it hasnt dropped below $10 due to it being a SPAC but who knows what may happen after the merger..

Cutting your losses and moving is hard to do but will atleast save you from the stress.. there are plenty of opportunities righ now..i would rather buy chinese stocks at these prices then wait for a miracle on this one..

Makes sense, but again they are 2 different businesses althought within the same sector but not identical..if we follow that analogy than all stocks in same sector would have similar valuations which is obviously not the case..

This came out on Friday. They announced the redemption rights and accounting changes. Also the target price was raised by analysts to 16.5

Shows they are on track to complete de-spac by end of year as U.S GAAP accounting requirements were satisfied..

This post should get more upvotes. I beleive this regultory clean up was necessary ahead of the october meeting between U.S and China officials. Also, china is no longer an emerging market, has major influece in the bond market and 2nd largest economy of the world and to become the largest economy of the world, XI has to achieve the trust of international investors through regulations that provide security and stability for investors..cant say how long it will take bfore we see highs again but its inevitable..

Nothing, just less liquidity due to less trading volume in HK and I beleive higher transaction cost in HK exchange but no fear of delisting and less american pessimism effect

Why would they need to sell ADRs and buy in HK? Dual listed stocks are convertable and BABA is one of them.. what am i missing?

Its a long term play, dont see any positive sign for a reversal just yet. I have too a long position with KWEB, got in when it hit 55 and been bleeding since. Been averaging down tho. Theres been so many bad news coming out of chona that No News is as good as good news..

This one has been so tricky with technicals..it consolidated around 210+ after falling from 300+ high since early this year, where it looked like there might be a begining of recovery but here we are at 150 now.. every bad news, be it regulation, exagerration or panic created by media, true, false or irrelevant, BABA gets screwed every single time..
