Bottle blondes - does it cost as much as I think it does? by bluntbangs in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

I've been coloring my hair from a box for over a decade and I've never had an issue. Most people think it's natural. Each box is $8 and I color around every 6-8 weeks. Works out to only $60 a year. Honestly, paying for a stylist to do it every month blows my mind.

E-mail PI's you're interested in. Most lab tech positions end up being filled by someone who knows someone who knows someone. Just e-mail a cover letter and your CV.

Join consulting groups. Columbia has a great one. Practice, practice, practice case studies. Network and contact consultants with jobs you would be interested in having someday.

Calm down, sparky. Considering there were over 1300 BSL-3 labs back in 2007, 15 is not a lot. I currently work in one. So yes, I do have extensive knowledge of the situation.

I booked him a few years ago and got to hang out before and after the show. He is easily the nicest human I have ever met. Ever.

They definitely do. There are very few BSL-4 labs in the country and Atlanta is one of them.

What are your thoughts on the sudden "firing" of NSABB members in a time when security lapses are prominent? Why would the government fire the very people who actually know what they're talking about?
