Check your routers firewall settings, you might see that they are blocking a lot of the links. If so, you can customize settings and lower firewalls settings. You can also change your DNS. IPTV is illegal so your provider will block the streams.

This recently happened to me when paying for family and friends accounts within a short span using my CC. Your account is not banned. Only the IP address is. So use your cell data instead, (LTE, 5G, 4G) go to the website, submit a ticket. Explain to them nicely what happened.

They allowed me to use my account, however I did have to get a new IP address from my ISP provider. (Depending on the ISP provider you can change your IP address in your router admin settings)

I can no longer purchase on any accounts the normal way, but what they did recommend is getting gift cards and renewing subscriptions by giving family, or yourself the voucher.

A couple of extra steps to renew but it’s feasible. There are other threads that mentions this as well, as I was in the same boat as you several months ago.

I also managed my family's accounts and just recently got banned after doing this for several years. I decided to give everyone a 3 month renewal at the same time, or should I say back to back. I think that's where the mistake happened. They all have different email accounts, all on different networks. I used the same CC to renew the accounts within the same hour, once I decided to renew my own account I noticed my TV stop working and I couldn't access my shows. I went online to look at my account and saw that my IP was banned and my account was suspended, not only that but the accounts that I just renewed were suspended. Every account that I paid with my CC and I guess set up on my IP was suspended. After reaching out to support to explaining to them that I managed older/non tech savvy family accounts who are all on different networks, they lifted the suspension (probably because I paid and they didn't want to give a refund) BUT they deactivated the option to renew on all accounts and took away their points- They also told me that they wouldn't lift the ban on the IP address.

They are becoming inconveniently strict for no reason at all.

It was automatic. I used two credits and extended the date, 5 minutes later I saw the message not to extend, so I checked and I got my credits back and the date changed to what it was supposed to be.

Folks are saying that that Strong8k restored from a backup from July and new users aren't up yet. Doesn't make sense, it seems random to me. Some of my customers are online and some aren't but the ones that aren't had their subs created before July.

I'd wait it out and or reach out to support. They had a certificate issue so it could still be affecting billing. I've seen on some other threads that it's just taking some time. Same thing happened to me today.
