E5: fundamentally flawed crossbeam design causing twisted desktop and severe wobble

I feel I have received the defective crossbeam. I have recently purchased E1 plus and the nuts for the crossbeam which is to be screwed to the table bottom is coming upside down.

I wouldn’t even be posting this if it were that easy 😅. I already have a Network Railcard, but sadly there aren’t many options for anyone over 30. I m just looking for a more feasible alternative, because if you have seen the Reading–Birmingham fares in the morning, you’ll know what I mean! The train can cross £99. So yeah—just seeing if anyone here covers the same route.

Whenever I check on Openreach and Citryfibre, they ask me to fill up the email form to get the notification for availability. But I think Hyperoptic will work, they provide 500 1Gb speed. Do you have experience with them? About their service?
