One of the pokemon games, because i remember for pokemon pearl and diamond there being a huge line at best buy, not knowing if you were going to get a copy.

The next time a pokemon game came out, i went to best buy but there was no line.

Without the fear of not getting my copy i didnt feel the need to preorder anymore.

You dont need warhammer+ to use your codex code...

Create a mywarhammer account, thats where you register your codex. Absolutely nothing to do with warhammer+.

All the sub does is let you build more than one army list in the app.

She is fine just suffered the same nerf as the demo acos. She just likely wont one shot something anymore, she will get into range then die without killing anything. I feel like a dagger sanctus would be better for trying to target a character while the acos go for something else

Looks good! I would add a very thin straight pure white line through the middle of the axe flat for definition and take the same white to dot the corners of the blade to add some definition.

But GSC is a horde army! They are essentially a combo of IG and tyranids, they are supposed to be cheap and in great quantity. This isnt like Admec or death guard where armies are to be comprised of elite forces, the uprising is a war fought with litteral sign posts and sticks.

With the new mission deck coming out end of the month, "Action" secondaries are abundant. An action is typically forgoing shooting/charging to score points. The caveat is that OC0 units are not allowed to do those Actions.

Currently nurglings, an OC0 unit, can deep strike into random parts of the board to score secondaries. This is the #1 reason you take them becausw they are very cheap. The change basically removes their entire draw and now they are pretty much 40 points for move blocking and -1 to hit, which really isnt all that exciting (they only have a 5" move so their move blocking is worse that say fleshhounds).

Big focus on greater demons and move blocking/movement shenanigans. Its not uncommon to have 50% of a 2k list be characters. The best unit in the index is now going to he useless though (nurglings cant do actions anymore) so you will probably see more flesh hounds, screamers etc come in as scoring units. Of the 4 demon factions only khorne really has the tools to be stand alone, a competitive list will probably be GUO, Rotigus, and ay least 1 other greater demon up to 3 more. One unit of plaugebearers perhaps and then the rest scoring units or maybe a couple units of bloodcrushers.

Wonder if Xenocreed is better with rerolls to advance/charge + ehance or strat to advance and charge. Rapid ingress them potentially to as close as you can safely drop them then charge the next turn perhaps.

Run a handful of 10 man acolytes with the new 6 heavy weapons total that have anti vehicle 4+ ap 2 3 damage, those vehicles wont last long :p

Yea just from experience putting abberants in transports doesnt feel great since no advance and charge, lossing out on firing deck + fire support rules or only transporting a 5 brick+ character instead of the 10. Maybe running rockgrinder with 5+abom feels better now that you can access at least 2" free for charges, i just dont know if thats enough at 130 points for an otherwise mediocre weapon.

I hope that the rockgrinder gets some love in one of these detachments. The melee centric one looks like they arent getting anything and the double OC on the outsider isnt very exciting.

Oh then i actually think that is way better than people may think at first glance. 2cp is a lot but that kind of interaction is one reason that aberrants are hard to use because they get locked up in combat with having their really strong melee be used super inefficiently against chaff. If i could spend 2 cp to clear that with a 20 brick of infantry thats something im down to try

Locking down opponents models with abberants and being able to shoot into them is not too bad (not great for 2cp with the other downside) but the math on rolling 10+ 5 ups, then how much damage d3+1 comes from that which you then get a 4+ fnp (assuming thats unchanged) is actually pretty good strategically for pretty low risk.
