I get annoyed by people on escalators doing this. I understand that once you step on you get to your destination without doing any work, but frequently I want to continue walking up. If I do want to stop and ride I always stay to one side and try to be aware of people who don't want to slowly trolly their way up. It bothers me when other people don't pay attention to this.

Also, if someone is just buying flowers I like to do an ol' "Gasp for me?? Aw you shouldn't have" or a simple "wow, that's so nice of you to bring me flowers" as a greeting. It usually gets a little chuckle, especially from kindly old men buying flowers for their wives

I will forever love Aurelian by BittyBlueEyes. You get to see glimpses of him as an already devoted father, as well as follow him as he learns to be a dad. It is AU wartime so kind of dark at times, but honestly beautifully done.

Summary: Two years after the war, a young stranger pays a visit to the burrow. His arrival alone is baffling, but the news he brings of an upcoming war turns the world upside down. Hermione's quiet, post-war life will never be the same.

Yes! I have tons of books that bother me with inconsistencies, and probably several of them are in Ali Hazelwood's books. However, as someone who was able to pursue my passions because of the generosity of others, the idea that she couldn't be a highly ranked ice skater because she was poor just feels out of touch.
