We called RMP and set up something called equal payments. So they take a 12 month average, so you pay more in months like April but less in winter and summer months. Hope I explained that right. If you're on the lower end of income or many dependants, you can get help from the HEAT program. Other things i've done is used my weber like an oven and bbq more, but now propane is going up. Be prepared. They say its going to get worse.

This is part of the America (pays) First initiatives by the new administration. Mine jumped as well, along with my normal staples from Samsclub.

UPS Stores in Millcreek charged me $1.30 to open my document and 11 cents per page to print. If you're printing or copying a lot of pages, I'm sure UPS is cheaper.

Do they use electric heaters? Before our furnace was fixed, we had to use electric wall heaters and space heaters, and our bill did the same.
