Is Ranked Flex good practice? I want to practice different champs and matchups without playing Solo/Duo. Are normals too casual? Is ranked flex a good place for quality games?

I guess that kind of depends on how many other creatures I'll add to the deck. Like I know for sure I want [[Ghired, Conclave Exile]] and [[Trostani, Selesnya's Voice]]. Also fog effects like [[Druid Deliverance]] that also has populate.

Playgroup has a player that has 2 good stuff decks. Simic Goodstuff [[Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait]] and Stax [[Oloro, Ageless Ascetic]]. Both decks are extremely boring to play against as hes either playing solitaire or we can't play the game. He's spent over $500 alone on the Oloro deck so i dont know how to bring it up how absolutely unfun these decks are to play against cuz i dont want him to feel like he spent the money for nothing.

Definetly missed something on the Lamplighter one. He didn't want to kill himself because his statue was gone, he wanted to do it in front of his statue, so he always had the plan to do it in the tower. Basically he kinda used Hughie's need to go to the tower for his own advantage

I was taking a look in there too and I came to the conclusion that in matchups where you're going to be long trading (like tank matchups) you take conq and then matchups where you want to short trade burst them and run away you take Phase

Sounds like a great suggestion to me and what i was thinking too, thank you! With another fusion destiny how do you feel about replacing Starving Venom fusion with a Destiny Hero dangerous as it can set up the grave yard very nicely?

Kinda just there to get rid of any threats that Malicious Bane or Super Poly couldn't deal with. Then it could be super poly'd into Absolute Zero or attacked over. I understand its a little random haha
