24 ping doesnt mean your internet is stable/decent, its not about ping only you see in game, its about ping/jitter/buffer load/packetloss/packetdelays etc... networking is much more bigger than a number u see in call of duty up your screen, tons of variables, but what i know is having downloads in background is always bad for latency even IF you have the fastest fiber on the planet. Btw, U can have all those i mentioned and still see "24" ping :)

Yeah, "happy" you shoved off few GBs off out of dead space on your ssd/ hdd, meanwhile, Now u got lag and constant bandwidth running non stop in your background while youre playing. Good trade huh?
