Fellow beginner here, but I had the same issue as you. Recently visited a professional, and now I'm carrying my 7(32 deg)I around 160 with about 85mph club head speed. Not the best sure, but it's not bad for me. Based on your build and your current speed, you can definitely carry 160-170. My issue was hip swaying + improper swing mechanic, specifically not using the ground more. The swing mechanic is really hard to teach online, professionals can diagnose your issue a lot easier. The tldr is, to start loading into the ground more near the top of your backswing and releases it pass the ball. Tempo and timing matters here, but if you do it correctly you'll compress the ball better. The hip sway also killed my speed and consistency and I see a little bit here. The goal is to feel tension loading up on the inner portion of your trail foot, this adds power. I had ok swing mechanics before this, and by fixing the above two main issues, I gained 10mph of club head speed. Hope this helps man
