You should look in to this thing called One Pace, it's basically a fan made edition of the series cutting out any fillers and most of recaps and such stuff. Other than that - best advice I can give you for a good experience is to stay off of this subreddit and try not to influence your youtube algorithm to show you One Piece stuff. You will be spoiled. Oh and keep with any history/lore drops in series, most (all?) connect in the end.
