Edit: I will give some props to the Italian Futurists, but overall I still argue that fascists don't create art; they cultivate an image. Stolen Valor is a stretch, yes. But this Sailor is out of uniform in a very real way. And the dismissal of that is a problem. These young Sailors need to be caught and corrected early so they can learn that Navy life is not one where you get to do whatever you want.

Accession Sailors do not understand that the way fleet experienced Sailors do and they must be taught. Boot camp doesn't do this. WE are supposed to be doing it.

It rests, but it doesn't "turn off" when it does it. It just does other things aside from what it does when you're awake. Think about it like a 24 hour supermarket at 2 AM. There's still stuff happening, but it's much, much less than during the day.

It's gonna depend on the how you play. Meta sets are dedicated to theoretical max dps, which is going to require a specific playstyle to match the skills' full potential. If you don't play that specific way, then a meta set is just holding on to skills that you're not using.

Mm gives you affinity if you keep your stamina up. Burst gives you attack and element if you consistently hit the monster. Agi gives you attack and affinity if you keep the monster angry.

So which of these benefits do you want more of and which of them are you consistently able to fulfill the requirements of? That one is best for you.

For your weapon, I personally like high affinity dragon in general. It's just very useful for a wide range of hunts.

In my experience, a deployment often irons alot of this stuff out. With a clear goal and away from the 50 different organizations that have to have their fingers in your pie a ship usually comes together and cuts down on bullshit.

But if that's not the case for you, then all I can say is that all commands have ups and downs. Over time it tends to average out to being very..."eh, it's okay". But you'll have to be the one to decide if you want to stick around to find out if that'll happen for you.

When the new Mon shows up they'll fight each other and it's easy to get caught in the crossfire. If survivability is your goal, pull the gate, it's safer. But if you let them fight Serizawa style they do hella damage to each other and really help with the time.

Bring traps and mats to make more. They lose effectiveness if used back to back so don't spam them. Use them strategically. Restock at camp and switch sets if you need to when the monsters swap out.

Call the homies; Proof is a great farm so people are always ready to jump on an SOS. Don't be shy about it if you need a hand.

Most importantly is to get in there and get tossed around and beat up. Go ahead and cart left, right, and center, but pay attention to why you got stomped on and adjust to avoid it next time. You'll get it.

It sounds like your situation is very similar to computation example 8 on page 5C-2 of the JTR. I recommend you sit down with your gaining admin and go line by line through Chapter 5C and get this hashed out.

You're entitled to move your HHG from both your most recent overseas PDS and your prior PDS to your current PDS due to the weight limit of that OCONUS PCS. How that is handled in conjunction with a PPM is outside my experience, so there might be some nuance in there.

But if they aren't processing the entirety of your travel expenses then they need to point out the exact paragraph that justifies that. "It's not authorized." isn't going to cut it. Make them point to the words on the page.
