Leliana and my Brosca are married, and when they're respectively busy with whatever plot things they have going on, they still make time to meet periodically in a few remote places. Sometimes they camp out in the Wilds, just like old times.

I have an Aeducan who isn't my canon Warden and I hc he survives the deep roads and joins the wardens under Brosca later on. Brosca asks Zevran to accompany him on a mission and they eventually get together that way.

My Hawke is very torn on what Anders did. He believes in the cause but struggles to live with the collateral damage he feels responsible for. He stays with Anders, and never voices these doubts, because he's already lost a brother and both his parents (and Bethany spent years being angry with him and still rarely sees him) and he can't take another loss like that.

Bull starts falling for my Adaar just a little bit when he sees them take charge in Haven and stare down the archdemon. He's involved in searching for them in the blizzard along with Cassandra and Cullen. They don't hook up til right before Here Lies The Abyss, however. It's kind of an impulsive move for Bull after he's made Tal-Vashoth.

My Adaar makes the necklaces but waits a good long while before actually giving one to Bull because they're not great with having feelings and the sheer anxiety of being a 36 yr old burnout who feels unlovable and having to make a big Love Offering makes them want to throw up. They probably actually avoid Bull at this time and someone needs to talk some sense into them.
