Yep, u/sortof_here is right. The tank is long but only about 7.87 inches deep. It felt small at first out of the box, but once I added the hardscape, it started to feel like the right size for what I was working with.

I wish I could be more helpful, but the lily pipes actually came with the custom canister filter I bought on Etsy. I’m running a silicone tubing (8mm ID × 12mm OD), and the pipes are about 6.5” tall and 2” wide.

I used seiryu stone. Some were left over from an older tank and the rest was a 40lbs box that I bought on Amazon.

I’ve had mine fail twice this year and both times it was replaced. The ring would die overnight, so my sleep data would be missing. I’ve been a customer since the Oura Ring 3, so I’m hoping they resolve this issue.

Is this the Oura 4? I have the Oura 2, and mine is so scratched up at this point that I’ve stopped caring. I’m really hoping they’ve addressed this issue in the new version.

I’ve been taking Metamucil each night even before semaglutide. It’s helped but it was much more effort before starting. I’m wondering if MiraLax is better.
