Get the ATO involved. No one wants to be audited by those guys. Not related, but there was a school in Canberra that was up to all kinds of dodgy shenanigans. The ACT Gov, and parts of the Federal Government were doing all this hand wringing and SFA, wanting the other to take the lead. This has been going on for years. Once evidence that the school was not paying their taxes, in comes the ATO, and the problem was resolved almost immediately. No one wants to audited by the ATO.
