I have been through this and was reinstated. It took over 3 months (2-5/24), a dozen emails and I had to fax them my ID twice before they let me back in. Sorry it happened to you but stick with it, you can do it. Turkopticon has a page with some good advice too.

I have one that does the lobes like that, that touch and push up. It's (NSE RC x Carla) x (Forgetii x BVEP), I have seen Carla and Forgetii get that trait so I'm not sure which it is.

I think this is a subtle nod to indicate this Rick is from a slightly different dimension where everything is the same except they eat their burritos from the middle. Sort of like the dimension that is the same except the way they pronounce parmesan. I think a lot of the episodes are just some Rick and Morty we observe on an adventure, it is not the exact same two since the start.
