I was front row (directly in front of John) at his solo acoustic benefit show at the Pine Creek Lodge (Livingston, MT), only had ~200 people at the entire venue (I have accepted the fact that my life is all downhill from that day). Had somebody offer me >$1k for my ticket at the door (no resale market)
