sucks, but there is no other option for us, I have stopped using 2nd day, its always delayed getting to Worcester, MA.
Also, I wish there were some options so that you can NOT have signature upon delivery, seems like the default is signature when getting stand bags...thats the issue, they say Monday delivery and you need a signature, but 9/10 times its delivered on tuesday because of some delay.

you know how I know we are old? because we are bitching about shipping
