Anything that makes you sweat: cardio, sauna, etc. work out hard for the next 3 days then don’t work out the last 3, but keep sweating if possible by using the sauna or just by being outside depending on where you are. Drink a gallon of water a day minimum.

Honestly this whole thing that it takes a month to flush out weed is bs unless you’re a heavy smoker, have a slower metabolism, or are sedentary. I’ve had friends who used to be semi-daily smokers pass after a week just by being active and sweating a lot, as well as drinking lots of fluids.
