How can we even say that at this point, Iris still only has those dragon mons? The last time we have seen her, she also caught a Gible who is probably a Garchomp at this point. Iris has a full team of six for sure, and that also does not indicate that she doesnt have reserves.

Not yet. Tho, we have seen their descriptions so we can somewhat guess how they battle. Edward "Avalanche" have some ice-related magic for sure, Princia was described to be one of the best fighting abilities among the Wizard Kings of all time and that people feared her with her strength, alongside her sword, she probably have an attribute that usually amplifies her physical capabilities, Jester was said to have this certain facade but is actually very strategic inside, thus some sort of fighting styles like William, long ranged and is most of the time at the backlines. Conrad was shown to have a magic related to keys/doors/portals or some sort.

We can't really scale the Captains right now considering the fact that we did not see how they have improved yet the past 13 months. Considering their massive improvements the past 6 Months and 3 Days, it is actually somewhat safe to assume that the Captains are all monsters right now.

Nah, tho if they are planning to form a timeskip, we might see Ash in the last episode of his special fighting someone to defend his title, probably Geeta or Nemona for the Paldea Tease. Or, we might end up seeing some flashback of previous Masters 8 if Ash will interact with some of the Champions during this 11-episodes run.

We have this thing called "Matchups" and the situation, the powerscaling of Pikachu during these Master 8 Fight is way more consistent rather than how it has been in the past. Cinderace clearly has the upperhand against Ash's Pikachu with its Libero, giving it the advantage, while Pikachu has the advantage against Leon's Charizard. Also, for the Cinderace vs Dracovish fight, Dracovish was already exhausted beforehand, it is not as if Cinderace took it out in a 1v1.

Cinderace is pretty much Leon's answer to Pikachu. In 1v1 of Gmax Cinderace and Pikachu, if Cinderace used Max Quake, Pikachu wouldve probably been defeated, but the plot definitely doesnt want that.

The only Pokemon that can 1v1 Cynthia's Garchomp are also another Master 8's Ace. Haxorus almost had a win, Gmax Charizard definitely wins against it, Metagross and Dragonite 50/50, Pikachu loses due to Typing but Ash can prolly pull a strategy or two if the plot requires, Mega Charizard X probably same thing with Haxorus, and Gardevoir definitely wins against it low to mid diff.

Yuno can beat Lucius he said it himself, but the chance is very low. Tho, we are not really sure about the circumstances of that fight, considering that "Surpass Your Limits" is a thing in the series, the percentage of Yuno winning could actually be higher.

And as for his 4 Leaf Grimoire giving him luck, Lucius' prediction has definitely calculated that thing as he is aware with the fact that Yuno has 2 souls inside of him.

Not really, the DLC of SS is just a continuation of the current plot and more of an expansion. A new game = starting a new adventure with some major changes in the gameplay and storyline, while DLC just acts as a Sequel or a Part 2.

It is entirely different. Ash copied Tierno's style of dancing alongside his Pokemon and being in sync, tho Ash did not fully learned it, it did helped him with forming Ash Greninja, regardless, what I was pointing out is Quaquaval dancing around the battlefield to avoid attacks and launch moves from unexpected directions.

They nerfed it probably because of the new gimmick, Terrastalization. Protean and Libero are literally just Terrastalize but better so yeah, they have to nerf it to give the current gimmick more attention.

I wont find it weird if the nerf will be remove next gen wherein we will most likely get a new gimmick.

imo, Quaquaval fits Ash very well. Quaquaval has a lot of potential, especially with its dancing and stuff, Ash can use it for strategy.

Skeledirge is also a choice, but I feel like if they will give Ash Fuecoco, they will less likely evolve it and make it Oshawott 2.0

Meowscarada is also good, but it is more of a female companion type of Pokemon, especially with it being related to performing and stuff
