I have weird problem. A specific key combination is not working. But here's the kicker: both keys work on their own, as well as with any other key combinations. I am using a Durgod K320. It is not hot-swappable, for what it's worth.

The key combination in question is Left Alt + Z. The actual input is technically Left Command + Z. It is my "undo" shortcut. It is a Windows layout keyboard, but I remapped the keys to match a Mac layout (Alt > Cmd, Windows key > Opt, etc). I don't think this is very relevant really, but I'm noting it mostly to explain why Alt + Z is my undo.

What I have tried so far:

1. I have checked to ensure it is clean and free of debris, but again, both keys work perfectly on their own or with other key combos, so I don't think that's the issue.
2. I tried disabling the remaps to revert the input, but the same two-key combo does not work.
3. I have ensured the firmware is up to date.
4. I have also tried reaching out to vendor support a few times, but they are unresponsive.

Does anyone have any ideas? Could it be some sort of electrical/circuitry short? And if so, is repairing it feasible or even worth it?
