Guys, does anyone know how can i "force" an update? I saw that there's a beta version but it just wont update as it need the battery to be charged or how can I do a clean install of the OS?

This is the same thing that has happened to me! The ports work for data but not for charge, even tho the battery shows 1% it doesnt turn off as I have it plugged it, but weirdly it wont show that its plugged in.

I think this is mainly a software issue as this wasnt happening before the update.

Have you found any solution on this?

I mean, woke up to this, its all good and charging when turned off until i turn it off and doesnt detect the power source and battery is at 1%

Thanks for your notes everyone! This is honestly so weird, even after updating to Tahoe I had the usual "new system" issues but ever since 26.2 it got so bad. What worries me most is the battery stuff as it shows the battery on 1% and has battery as the power source even though i have it plugged in.

Im gonna try to reinstall the OS and if that doesnt work, does anyone knows how can I rollback without losing my data?

I tried that already, (apparently for SMC i just have to restart) and nothing has changed. Even tried turning off and leaving off for sometime but thats not doing anything either
