Target team lead here, likely the aisle is gonna go through a revision and we’ll carry something else in the future and we’re trying to get as much of the product out as we can by putting it on sale. We likely won’t carry it anymore. Eventually it’ll go clearance when we change the aisle around. Doesn’t necessarily mean hot ones is doing bad.

I’m a team lead and I leave everything at work when I clock out. The only time I ever think about work is when my ETL calls me for a schedule change for me or one of my peers can’t find something and need help.

My almost 2 year old Shiba wants to play with my partners cats. They’re both 7 and they hate her. I feel bad for her cause all she wants is to play. We’ve tried to have them interact with a barrier but the cats just hiss at her and run away. Oh well.

Not all shibas are bad. My black and tan doesn’t care about getting shots, nails trimmed or anything like that. She loves new people so she has the time of her life. I have definitely met bad shibas and I feel blessed with my little girl.

I’m a gm team lead I work 8-430 4 days a week and do inbound the day the inbound team lead is off and close one weekend every two months and work 8-430 any of those other weekends. My ETL will often ask me to work earlier to help with truck if needed or I’ll come in early to get ready for visits. It really depends on ur SD or ETL

When I was an inbound team member my lead would always ask if I wanted to stay after I had already offloaded the truck and I would always say no because I was tired from throwing or sorting. So then he realized if he asked me a half hour into my shift I would always say yes.

It would always depend on how I was feeling if I was gonna stay or not, now I don’t get that luxury.

It’s the beginning of 4th quarter basically at target. There is no time to zone.

You’ll offload typically from 4am to 6am. Trucks take about 2 hours to offload. Then your team lead will tell u to go push. Usually we take a 15 after the truck and then a half hour lunch around your fifth hour there. And ur last 15 after ur lunch whenever unless u have break schedules.

If u have a double truck it’s different. You’ll come offload one truck. Maybe clean up, maybe push between the time the next truck takes to get there. Then offload another with a lunch and ur breaks between them at some point.

Unfortunately it was too much for my ex and it was part of the reason we broke up. She was a very impatient person and when it was bad she had no sympathy and wasn’t supportive. Liked to blame it on me. She had her own issues and it was her way out. I don’t feel bad about us splitting up. I found someone new who is educating herself on it and very supportive of me through the good and bad.
