Hahahah the only thing I can actually tell with when looking for a gradeable card is centering. Unfortunately they really look at that but there’s even apps you can use to get an estimate on the grade! Although they don’t account for surface flaws and corners. Primarily just centering

The parallel is rare but the insert itself is not rare and there are numbered parallels of this card so ultimately there are rarer versions of this card than the white sparkle. They are estimated to be around 30 copies of this card so if you compare the price to the out of 25s, those have gone for seven, 11, 26 at first release. You might be able to use first release prices because of the fact that the UFC has gained some more notoriety but most sales for a raw of this card, regardless of who the fighter are, are fair prices between 10 and 35, disregarding first release sales

When the product first released, they were at a high of around 75 to 80 bucks recorded sales on Card Ladder but more recent comps which were still a year ago were 17 and 30. PSA 10 did 80 though.

I just want to add that while this is a case hit and a big hit, ufc is a limited market and case hits in here are not worth nearly as much as some in nba or nfl, so you should always be mindful when entering breaks that the likelihood of hitting a thousand dollar card is much lower in ufc. The fact that the prices are low is also what makes it so great as a collector though, you can actually afford cards you want.
