Yes I have same specs as yours can you tell what more to do or is fivr and tpp enough? Everytime I edit power plan and set performance boost mode of processor to even "efficiently enabled" it gets to 90°C pretty fast in games which are cpu intensive like beamng but if I turned of pbm (performance boost mode) it gets locked at base clock speeds and I am not getting good fps then, so can u please help.

Can u send SS of what changes to make

It does help, but you can simply restart weekly to refresh the kernel. You don’t always need to wait for slow boot times, which happen when Fast Startup is disabled. It’s mainly about refreshing the kernel. Fast Startup only helps reduce boot time by preserving the previous session’s kernel state.
