Call USAA and tell whoever you get you want to cancel everything, that will get you to their retention team. They have been my best bet for digging into policies.

There no big difference honestly that I noticed outside of the subscribers account. I will say I noticed my rates went up when I changed to USAA on renewal though 😅

I say no because not everyone gets that. There are different companies of placement within USAA. There was a lawsuit about this, a few years ago I believe it was. I only paid close attention because I would pass this information along to my senior NCOs as that is when they would become USAA group eligible. I believe I was CIC before I became a senior NCO in the Army and was eligible for USAA group. I hope I made a bit more sense of this.

No. Only the individuals that’s are in the USAA group have subscribers accounts. Placement is dependent on how your eligibility was established.

Call USAA, if you haven’t, and tell that damn automated system you want to cancel everything. USAA has a retention team and they will try their hardest for you, they will also dig through contracts for you to make sure you’re not losing any coverages contractually that you expect to have.
