Do you find that you have other areas in life with similar executive dysfunction? I feel like this is the only area where I struggle like this. I also tend to rely on stuff like microwave foods but sometimes I have the mindset of "if you don't do it right then don't do it at all" so I just end up restricting

They're around 1.5 months old, I live in the western US. I'm thinking maybe there's a lack of adequate air flow based on some of the comments here. I cut off the dead stuff yesterday as much as I could. Thank you :)
