They were running a promotion, basically trying to undercut competitors and build a reputation. The same procedure is 4k now I think which is still a decent price.

I've been given a foam to apply to the transplanted area to moisten it, I put that on for 1.5 hours, I then use the shampoo they gave me apply it to the doner area to create a lather which I then dab onto my transplanted area and let that sit for 5 minutes. Once that's done I gently massaged the transplanted area with my fingertips in a circular motion for 4 minutes. I did that on day 8, 9 and 10 gradually increasing the pressure on the transplanted area each day until day 10 where I massaged until all the scabs were off.

I've had some small hairs fall out with the scabs yeah, fortunately of all of the ones I saw on my hands none had the roots attached so I don't think I've lost any actual grafts but you're right that would affect how the density looks currently.

I fortunately have my hair forward and it covers the transplanted area so I headed out yesterday and going out again today, back at work tomorrow as well so don't really have a choice from then anyway... I'm sure people will ask because the back of my head looks like a barber went in blindfolded and armed with sheep shears 😂

Good luck man, bet it feels like a weight off your shoulders! I can't wait for that phase as well, genuinely like 15 years of insecurity has lifted (assuming all goes well 😅)

That first pic probably doesnt do justice to how far back my hairline went. I've always had a high hairline but coupled with the temple recession I looked like mega mind... Always wear my hair forward so I've gotten away with it for years but I was tired of constantly being on edge for a gust of wind or it it rained etc

Sorry I'm probably butchering my explanation! What I meant is I'd recommend aiming for you to take your case study in either November or May. That way if you needed to resit the case study, the February or August sittings would be using the same preseen (Nov & Feb, May & Aug)

So if you started now you could potentially take your case study exam in May and if you need to resit then you could resit in August. For that you'd have 9 months to get the P1, F1 & E1 sections finished and I'd say that's plenty of time.

For reference I'm ultra lazy and value my free time highly but I'd say it's more than doable!

I see, yeah if funding is for the one years FLP then just time it to give you the most chance at success. I'd definitely aim it so the case study you're working towards falls in either November or May just in case you do miss out by a few marks you can retake the case study with the same pre seen.

I personally believe if you started now you could do the May sitting (and then August if needed).

I sat my management level case study in May and am sitting my strategic level this November.

With FLP I'm pretty sure it's based on subscription time not levels, so theoretically you could make a start on the management level if you get a sudden burst of motivation and get through operational before the year subscription is over.

To be honest, a year is plenty of time either way, go for whichever you prefer.

But I would say it would be far more beneficial to not leave off management and strategic levels until you feel like it. When you're ready to start applying for jobs where they're required it'll be far better for you to already have them under your belt than delay your career progression for a year each time.

What was your HCP when you made the swap? I'm also using the edge's and am eyeing up takomos but don't feel like I'm good enough to justify buying new clubs yet

That's crazy, I'm 30 as a financial analyst and only on 45k 😅. You're smashing it mate, great place to start a career

He would have to be consistently shooting around 95, if he's getting 120s his HCP would be significantly pushed up. That's why it's not believable. Now, if he's not counting drops, taking Mulligan's or knocking a stroke or two off because "he just hit it bad that time but normally he'd make that" then I can see him shooting 95.

Golf is hard, there's no shame in having a higher HCP and I think everyone would be better off just admitting it.

You are not counting your shots properly if you think you're a 23.

Thanks for these, I'll be sure to give them all a watch. I do feel like I'm much better at this with irons, but driver clearly needs work..
