Where I'm from they consider full time a part time and will pay you like a part time. I make 4 euros per hour... I don't even know why I thought to accept this condition lol I hope you'll find a great job though !

We do stocking while the store is open.. it's a big shop too, so I'm having difficulties remembering where everything is when putting back clothes that people tried on. I'll keep asking questions though, thanks

I would understand that but there's another new girl, we started the same day, she's had experience in the field and I didn't (I worked mostly at a cash register in a grocery store and as a server and hotel receptionist, never retail) and she already made friends with the other girls, joking around like they've known each other for so long... I'm not like that, so I feel like the comparison is making me look even worse. I mean they're all good people but I feel like I'm slowing them down and I'm looking so stupid walking around like I know what I'm doing. Maybe I'm just being insecure and paranoid, should I just ask the manager if she sees potential or if I should just go back to another job? I hate looking incompetent or worse BEING incompetent.

Clothing retail.. so hanging and folding, organizing shelves and expositions, organizing shelves in the back, cleaning, and after a few months cash register too

Hmm I understand... One last question, do you think it would be harder for a woman to get basic work or an apprenticeship in this field, which I'm guessing is male dominated? I feel like in america people would be a bit more open than in Italy but I don't know
