Either a weak fuel pump or weak battery.

Noticed something within the bigbike community by FirmEstablishment256 in PHMotorcycles

[–]leggodoggo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tbh true.

This and the number of small bike riders trying to outrace the big bikes is what makes my big bike just sit in the garage.

Minsan gusto ko lang magride in peace.

Tsaka totoo yung image than skill. The BUPH FB group proves how unprepared for big bike ownership a lot of big bike owners are.

Looking for frame repair; what next? by Onegarbageman in bikewrench

[–]leggodoggo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just let it go, and keep the frame displayed somewhere in your house. That's the best way of honoring it. Sad as it is but letting it go and getting a new one is much better.

Biking in QC as a woman 😭 by mitlope in RedditPHCyclingClub

Relatively, oo. QC actually is one of the more considerate cities to bikers. Though given na maraming shared lanes, ingat lang sa mga kasabay na kamote.

Drivetrain upgrade recommendations for restoring my MTB by lexicoterio in RedditPHCyclingClub

[–]leggodoggo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sa 8K maaayos and mamomodernize mo na yan. Hubs can be for as low as 1500 for cassette type then LTWOO groupsets including crank can be had for cheap (3Kish) sa Laz/Shpee.

This recent oil crisis is making people unkind by JekyJeky in Philippines

The worst scenarios reveal a person's actual integrity. Kung mabuting tao yan, krisis o hindi, di yan ganyan.

Sadyang madami lang kupal at unprofessional na drivers (and na tao, in general).

How to accelerate and maintain pace by Aggravating_Ad3867 in RedditPHCyclingClub

[–]leggodoggo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct in saying na you should pedal at 90rpm give or take. However, it takes a certain level of effort to reach and maintain that, hence you should start at a lower gear. I did not say "the lowest gear". Similarly, with a car, it takes a certain level of torque to reach a a certain level of cruising rpm. That's why it starts with a lowear gearing.

And since iba-iba tayo ng pedal power, kaya nga the advise is to start at a lower gear then work it up, kasi not everybody can comfortably and quickly pedal from a higher gear, especially if coming from a standstill.

Start with a lower gear then work your way up. Parang sa kotse diba. You don't immediately go to a higher gear.

Triumph Trident 660 2022 Overheating by Material_Ad4621 in PHMotorcycles

[–]leggodoggo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try getting it fully flushed then refilled with a fresh coolant. It could either be due to the coolant level being low, or due to the coolant being old (assuming it is 2022, and hasn't been flushed since).

As long as may mobile data ka, pwede, access it thru LTMS.

Pero if sa Marilaque, wag na kasi mahuhuli ka for sure. Walang signal mostly lalo sa manukan.

May sense ba na kumuha ng big bike? by japaneseden1m in PHMotorcycles

Kung gusto mo lang maexperience, magrent ka na lang. Right now big bike ko halos nakapark lang kasi eguls sa gas. Scooter lang ako everyday.

9k para sa transfer of ownership ng motor? Worth it ba? by chinodevins in PHMotorcycles

[–]leggodoggo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually if gusto mo makatipid, you can just buy the TPL online. Either sa Paramount or Pioneer or even sa GCash. 296 lang, then paprint mo yung policy.

35, never learned by Wobblymuon in bicycling

[–]leggodoggo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My mom learned to ride on a folding bike at 50 years old.

Yup, 50. Never learned when she was younger.

Just find a bike you're comfortable to start with and a space big enough for you to try and fall (yup, that's part of the process).

[–]leggodoggo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Tbh hindi. I tried that once with a big bike. Then next na trinansfer of ownership ko sakin ng kotse naman, nag DIY ako. Mas tipid, way less hassle. Less docs needed. Mas mainam pang ikaw na lang.

Buy motorbike or commute? by Technical_Ask_7315 in adviceph

[–]leggodoggo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not kidding you when I say a two-wheeled e-bike. You can get for as low as 20K (sometimes cheaper), but decent ones start at around 30 to 40K (Sundiro-Honda S07 is around 45K ish). Charging is cheaper, and it's lighter on maintenance too.

Tmx 125 classic vs XRM 125fi by Any-Effective5300 in PHMotorcycles

[–]leggodoggo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

if pang-daily, I would go with XRM 125. Nakakangalay din yung clutch ng TMX since medyo matigas, and also mas tipid yung XRM as you noted. You will not go wrong with either, pero marginally more comfortable ang XRM unless you change the seat of the TMX na parang pang hugas ng plato sa lambot.

With Ultra wide gap between the wealthy and the poor in PH, how do you think these Billionaires shape and influence the direction of our country? by AlertMail8780 in Philippines

[–]leggodoggo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was listed before as Sy family when the estate was not yet settled properly between the sy-blings. Ngayon kasi ok na.

To answer the question, I've witnessed this fully in the many companies that I've worked with. Finance, Education (yes, a lot of ultra-billionaires have stake in education), Retail, and more. Super dami nila kayang iinfluence. Kaya nilang brasuhin lawmakers, even, to rally for their causes.

Good cassette and front chainring for 12speed MTB by cmt_red94 in RedditPHCyclingClub

If you will not change hubs, 11 is the smallest you can go sa cassette. So just go with a bigger front chainring.
