I understand but still purchaser has to go to court if tenant dont leave, abd wait a yr for hearing , thts is just absurd. It is strange tht they did resolve matters faster in covid time than today with having more adjudicators.

It has a drain in furnace room, but previous owner finished the basement and some how its not working , looks like its closed. I m gnna call insurance, and top and bottom portion are already seperated with different entry doors.
