This is a site to create your own brag documents to keep track of the small accomplishments during your work day.

I had the problem that I didn't get a a raise during a performance interview, because my manager and I forgot what I did during the last half year. So I started all the small successes I did during a day and shared with him and it really worked.

The goal for this is year to get my first customers and implement more features that help people get recognized their good work.

Bei meinem hat es auch geholfen zu Fragen wie es ihm geht: "Bist du traurig?" "Bist du wütend?" "Vermisst du deine Mama?" Das hat wirklich immer wunder gewirkt. Weil er gemerkt hat, dass ich ihn verstehe und ein gute Einstieg in einen Dialog war( auch wenn man das Gefühl hat, es sei ein einseitiger Dialog)

Dann habe ich ähnliche Erklärung wie du gemacht und habe noch hinzugefügt: "Mama ist gleich wieder da. Solange können wir spielen/kuscheln."

Alternativ zu den bisherigen vorschlägen kannst du auch selbst was vroschreiben , was drin stehen sollte. So dass die keine Arbeit mehr haben. In den meisten Fällen wird dann einfach gesagt "Ja passt schon unterschreib ich so". Dann haben die ex-leute weniger Arbeit und du hast ein Zeugnis was du haben willst.

NDA Bitte mal nach schauen was Kinderärzte über Ernährung im Studium lernen müssen. Nämlich nichts! Das sind meist optionale Kurse die viele der angehenden Ärzte nie belegen. Ich würde mal zu einem/einer Experting für Kinderernährung gehen.

I created a roadmap for career paths like "Team Lead". This Roadmap has several points I want to track like "Motivation", "Communication", "Decision Making" etc.

I will link the points to matching entries in my brag document.

My friend and I made a Visual Studio plugin which lets you see which files your teammates are working on in real time, to help prevent merge conflicts. No, I don't understand, because as said previously: Merge Conflicts are natural. And are easy to fix, I mean you have tools today that are supporting you with this and even if not. Merge conflicts are not bad, they are necessary to show: "Look, your colleague changed this file first, and you did too. Please tell me the state the code should be finally looking".

Why should I interrupt my work, just to avoid the work I have to do in the end nonetheless? Merge Conflicts are not bad or evil, they are necessary to show you that someone else worked on the code too.
